Manish brings in 26 years of rich Legal experience. He handles all aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters, including general litigation. He holds substantive legal expertise in a diverse array of disciplines, issues and industries with an in-depth understanding of administrative, regulatory and legislative processes to provide the clients a wholesome solution. He has his regular experience before the high court of Delhi and has during his long career been appointed local commissioner in host of matters. He is known for giving detailed reports while acting as local commissioner. His expertise includes strategizing and advising on general overriding corporate objectives, drafting or vetting of documents and contracts, negotiations, liaison and in-depth legal research. He has briefed almost all senior advocates within Delhi and outside Delhi like Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai etc. He has handled major disputes and litigation includingintra shareholders disputes, disputes between company and shareholders, contractual disputes and remedies, transactions and breaches thereof and dispute and claims between corporate and statutory authorities under the Antitrust Laws, indirect tax legislations and exchange control legislation. While being an expert of litigation, he endeavours to help Clients get result at pre-litigation stage itself. To do so he advices and makes strategy for win-win situation for both the parties that helps the Client to maintain a long-lasting relation in commercial market. He has to his credits several high valued matters wherein he has acted as conciliator and mediator.
Urfee has professional experience that spans more than 10 years having worked with two leading Corporate Companies and a Law Firm based out of Delhi. He is a young and dynamic attorney filled with well channelled and necessary energy. He has been appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and arguing matters independently. He specializes in drafting Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, and Arbitration Petitions. He has considerable experience, representing major corporate clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi and other High Courts, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Green Tribunal, Armed Force Tribunal and Armed Force Appellate Tribunal and before other various Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He also has in-hand experience of Trial Court Matters (Both Civil and Criminal) and have been regularly appearing before Trial Courts of Delhi and the respective Appellate courts.
